F Residences Project is a choice of life, a choice of high taste where fashion meets technology and exclusivity. This project is meant to be innovative, comfortable and fashionable in the renowned exclusive modern contemporary lavish Italian way. All the environment is studied to be lush, warm and immediately recognizable “Made in Italy” project  welcoming its lucky inhabitants with every comfort. From the elegant lobby up to the apartments everything talks of high-level Italian quality and elegance.

The entrance hall is planned to be stunning but also warmly welcoming in the meantime. The walls are covered with travertin marble used with different cut techniques to enhance the beauty of the material. At the back of the concierge desk the panel is covered with burnished bronze lamellas in the same style of the logo,  also thanks to an interesting game of lights they make a warm pleasant contrast with the marble. The light is a classic of italian design. The vases that adorn the walls with plants have strip lamps reflecting on the marble. Comfortable seats are spread around the hall for guests in a friendly atmosphere.


In the apartments furnishing is modern, essential but striking and with different solutions taken from our Italian design proposals: fashionable shapes in the grey or sandy hues personalized on request, to be enriched with  owner tastes and accessories choice. Functionality and comfort resulting in an elegant Italian coziness for a fashion distinguished apartment. The walls are covered with contemporary wallpapers silk effect in the purest contemporary style. Tables are Italian design: pure, smart shapes for a comfortable elegance. Table tops and coordinated chairs give a distinctive sign of the owner’s personality.  The kitchen is matt grey lacquered, in a modern linear Italian design. Spaces are well organized for storage with wide capacious drawers and internal shelves, backsplash in the same Italian marble of the top.
